Social skills are necessary for life success.  You know this.  Your relationships, careers, confidence, and happiness depend on how well you can communicate.  Many people seem to naturally learn social skills.  But many of us were not so lucky.

Who are the exceptional conversationalists?  How did they develop into social superstars while  everyone else fell behind?  What do they know that we do not?  No one could tell me the answer;  so I decided to study them.  For the past 12 years, I have methodically analyzed over 15,000 conversations, and my findings will be periodically shared with you on this website.  My goal is to provide a place with the most specific, real-world advice available for improving your conversation skills.

We can learn a lot from the exceptional conversationalists.  With a little reading and practice, you can upgrade any social skill you choose. Learn these skills and start living the life you want!
